Regional Adult Detention Facility (RADF)

Regional Adult Detention Facility (RADF) is the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office intake, medical, and classification jail facility on the El Centro corrections campus. The sheriff’s current Corrections-Jail page describes RADF as a linear-style facility with twelve two-tier modules and a total bed space of 288 beds.

The same current sheriff page says all incarcerated persons are first housed at RADF while awaiting medical screening and classification interview, and that RADF contains the jail system’s main medical center with dedicated male and female medical housing units.
