The Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility (MADF) is located at 2777 Ventura Avenue in Santa Rosa, within the Hall of Justice Complex. It is a direct-supervision detention facility housing people awaiting trial and people serving sentences.
To schedule a personal visitation appointment, call (707) 565-1400 Tuesday through Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Non-privileged mail is routed through Pigeonly using the recipient’s booking number and facility code 2000. Legal mail and publisher-direct books or periodicals go directly to the facility.
