Former Contra Costa West County ICE Detention Facility was the immigration-detention program housed within the West County Detention Facility campus at 5555 Giant Highway, Richmond, CA 94806. Contra Costa County officially announced in July 2018 that it was ending its ICE detention contract, and the former ICE facility page on the federal site no longer resolves as a live detention-facility page.
