Youth Services Center – Juvenile Hall is San Mateo County’s current secure juvenile detention facility at 222 Paul Scannell Drive, San Mateo, CA 94402. The current county probation page says the Youth Services Center opened in September 2006 and includes an admissions unit, seven living units, a health and dental clinic, a fully accredited school, a gym, and outdoor recreation space.
