Youth Transition Campus (YTC) is San Diego County Probation’s current open-setting youth campus at 2801 Meadow Lark Dr., San Diego, CA 92123. The official YTC page states that the campus has been open since February 2022 and includes eight housing units with a maximum capacity of 96 youth.
Current county contact and visiting pages list YTC at the Meadow Lark Drive campus with the public phone (858) 694-4500. This refresh repurposes the old Kearny Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility record to the current YTC identity and contact surface.
