The primary function of the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall is to provide for the physical and emotional care of incarcerated youth in Mendocino County pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 15 and Title 24 standards. Youth are detained pending Juvenile Court hearings, during short-term commitments, or while awaiting out-of-home placement.
The facility provides secure care, assessment and treatment services, a comprehensive school program, medical services, Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous, and religious services. It is located at 585 Low Gap Road, Ukiah, CA 95482. The intake phone is (707) 234-6682.
