Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center (RCCC) is the Sacramento County Sheriff’s south-county jail at 12500 Bruceville Road, Elk Grove, CA 95757. It primarily houses people sentenced to county jail, with additional housing for people awaiting sentencing, federal prisoners held under contract, and people held through reciprocal arrangements with other counties.
